Post Medical Inc. warrants, for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase, that its products are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and will protect against corrosion, when maintained in accordance with this warranty.
All claims must be made in writing and sent to Post Medical Inc, Status of claims will be based on complete inspection of application.
All claims must be made within sixty days of owner learning the facts upon which such claim is based. All claims not submitted in writing and received by Post Medical Inc. within the time period specified above shall be waived.
The owner’s sole and exclusive remedy against Rust-Oleum for warranty claims for any and all losses and damages shall be the receipt of an equivalent amount of material to replace the defective material or, at the discretion of Rust-Oleum, the refund of the purchase price for such defective material. In no event, shall Rust-Oleum be liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages.
No person, including any representative or employee of Rust-Oleum, is authorized to assume on behalf of Rust-Oleum any liability or responsibility in addition to or different from that described above.
Any and all representations, promises, warranties or statements that are in addition to or different from the terms set our above are of no force or effect.
