Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our return policy, designed to make the process clear and easy.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product for a full refund or replacement if any of the following apply:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The product or packaging was damaged before delivery
  • The product doesn’t meet performance specifications or industry standards
  • The product was expired or outdated upon arrival
  • You received prior written approval from us
  • In some cases, we may accept returns outside these reasons with a 25% restocking fee

Condition of Returned Items

Products must be:

  • In saleable condition
  • Returned in their original packaging or crating
  • Decontaminated according to our safety guidelines (if applicable)

Return Timeframe

Please request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Authorization (RGA)

Before sending anything back, you’ll need a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). This helps us track and process your return efficiently.

Call (866-330-4845 or e-mail orders@postmedical.com) to request and receive an RA number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is covered under warranty, we’ll cover the shipping and insurance costs.
  • If the warranty doesn’t apply, you’ll be responsible for those costs.

Inspection & Credit

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund or replacement.
