Orders are confirmed once accepted by Post Medical. We reserve the right to prioritize or reject orders at our discretion. Once accepted, we begin processing and shipping your items.
Post Medical ships all orders under FOB Origin terms. All shipping and transportation charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Orders ship from Dallas, TX, and typically arrive within three business days (UPS or FedEx).
Post Medical uses a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the most competitive rates, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others.
Post Medical ships products to any US-based location.
Nearly all Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, except palletized orders.
We arrange transportation from our facility to your specified address. If you’d like insurance, please request it in writing. Otherwise, you are responsible for insuring your order. Risk transfers to you once the items are loaded onto the delivery truck.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect your order. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within that window. Claims made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
