Post Medical researches and develops original products relating to the safe handling and disposal of infectious medical waste (needles, syringes and other sharps). The company also develops unique systems for site of origin and patient room sharps disposal in hospital rooms. These systems exceed all OSHA, CDC and EPA requirements.

Post Medical has developed exclusive products for leading companies throughout the medical industry. Today, Post Medical is in the process of developing safe and very cost effective products that the hospital administrators, phlebotomists and home health care agencies will welcome.

Post Medical is also addressing the concerns found in the increasing growth of the Home Care market. Currently, we offer three styles to choose from. The safest and most pratical containers commercially available.

POST PROMISE: Post Medical will always provide a thick-walled container for any sharps product we originally produce. WE FEEL YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. We would never jeopardize your safety offering a thin walled or partially leaktight container. Post sharps containers are totally leakproof (not just the sides and bottom like your coffee cup - turn it over and see what happens when liquid is present) offering a secure screw cap closure that will not lock prematurely until unit is filled. All Post products utilize a "vertical drop" method for disposing sharps - the safest, quickest and most practical means for discarding sharps. We DO NOT utilize "mail-box" type disposal containers that force medical personnel to manipulate the needle/syringe several times then pull on a lever to open the container before disposal.

FACT:

  1. All original Post sharps containers are blow molded using the industries highest rated 'rockwell hardness' of polypropylene plastics to prevent needles from piercing the walls of the container. Your safety, is our priority!
  2. All Post sharps containers are totally leak-proof from the top, sides to bottom protecting everyone in your organization from potentially infectious spills or leaks.
