The Automatic Needle Disconnect (A.N.D.) phlebotomy container from Post Medical is the ideal system for safe disposal of blood collection needles, lancets and butterflies. Molded of durable, thick-walled puncture-resistant plastic, this unit's compact size fits easily into phlebotomy trays. Separate A.N.D. units are designed to function with BD Vacutainer*, Sherwood Monoject**, Terumo, Nissho, and Greiner blood collection needles. Simply push holder downward with ONE HAND - the blood collection needle is automatically unwound and deposited safely into the container.
